another diplomat resigns

Andrew Natsios, the US envoy to Sudan has resigned, amid reports of frustration over the slow pace of deployment of the planned UN peacekeeping force for Darfur and internal bureaucratic wrangling in Washington. Mr. Natsios will return to a professorship at Georgetown University. He is the former administrator of the US Agency for International Development (USAID). Read about it here and here.
